As the majority of our items are personalised and made to order. We are only able to refund and exchange these products in the following circumstances:
If your mug arrives broken please send a photo of your item to email@example.com . A new mug shall be printed and sent out to you.
If your item was not as you expected please also send a photo to firstname.lastname@example.org . We can discuss refund or exchange options depending on what is wrong with the item.
If you have purchased an item that has no personalisation we are able to offer exchanges. This could be a different t-shirt size if you order the wrong one. Please let me know within 14 days of receipt. Then return the item in it’s original condition and an exchange shall be sent out.
