You may not copy, distribute or publish any part of this website without the necessary consent from Twindividual Creations. If it is found that any part of the website has been copied without gaining the appropriate permissions legal action will be taken.
Designs created by Twindividual Creation may not be reproduced or copied; legal action will be taken if we find any designs that have been replicated without our consent.
Any order for stationery is deemed to constitute acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
Please allow at least 6 – 8 weeks from placing your order to your stationery being delivered. A time frame shall be discussed with you at the time of order placement. If you require an urgent order, please contact us through one of the methods below and we will strive to meet your requirements.

Online Contact Form
Once you have placed an order, and if you have not done so already, it is important that all information relevant to completing your stationery is sent over as soon as possible to prevent delays. You will be sent a date by which all information required must be with us, failure to meet this date will potentially result in your order not being completed in time.
A 50% non refundable deposit is then required for any design work on your stationery to begin. With the further 50% due after approval and before creation can begin. For other stationery items payment can be made in full when you make your order, or you may pay 50% for work to begin and the remaining balance before they are released to you.
Payment can be made by cheque, direct bank transfer or PayPal.
Prices are subject to change without any prior notice. This will not affect any confirmed orders.
All goods remain the property of Twindividual Creations until payment is received in full.
All products are handmade by Twindividual Creations, and therefore may differ slightly from item to item. This is not a fault, they are simply natural variations. The majority of products used to make our wedding stationery and other items are also handmade so a slight variation in colour and materials may occur and may differ slightly from the images on our website.
If product specifications occur which affect your order, you will be promptly notified and offered an alternative of the same quality.
Proofs & Your Responsibility
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have permission to use any materials (e.g. poems/hymns) you wish us to include in your stationery order as these can be subject to copyright laws.
You will be sent a proof or sample (if requested) for every item that you have ordered to check that you are satisfied. Whilst we pride ourselves on our attention to detail, it is your responsibility to proof read and ensure that everything is correct and as you wish it to appear. We will print and produce exactly as the proof that you have accepted.
Any changes must be confirmed in writing or by email. Any changes made after you have accepted the proof and production has begun, will incur a charge.
You will be provided on your expected shipping date once we have received your your approved proofs and a production run date has been scheduled.
All orders will be delivered using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or sent by courier; the size and weight of the items will determine which method of delivery we use but we will inform you once your order is confirmed, along with the courier name. A signature will be required for all deliveries.
All items are carefully packaged to avoid damage in transit and an email will be sent to you of how the package left us. Twindividual Creations cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged whilst in transit.
Upon delivery, we ask that you examine your received goods and notify us within 48 hours, of any defects or shortages. It is your responsibility to return any faulty or damaged items to us before we will replace the defective goods. If any defect is due to an error of Twindividual Creations, all delivery costs will be refunded to you.
We strive to answer any emails and/or phone calls within 24 hours. This may be longer during peak seasons so please allow up to 48 hours.
